Swedish Massage

A full body massage used for relaxation, reducing stress, decreasing muscle tension, increasing circulation and a general sense of well being. If your goal it to relax and "check out" for a while, this is the massage for you.
Deep Tissue Massage

A massage targeted to a specific region and muscles in order to optimize musculoskeletal function. This treatment is designed to relieve chronic muscle pain and assist an injured region. It reduces adhesions and "knots", frees restrictions and separates muscles to optimize muscle movement.
CranioSacral Therapy

A gentle treatment that works with the natural, self correcting mechanism of the body. It is a method of enhancing the flow of cerebral spinal fluid, blood and lymph by working with the CranioSacral System (the membranes and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord) to detect and release restrictions in mobility and enhance function. The treatment focuses on cause rather than symptoms and is very relaxing.
Myofascial Release

Used to stretch and release fascia throughout the entire body to help reduce and relieve chronic pain and stress patterns. This involves slow sinking techniques to identify and address the layer of connective tissue with the restriction.
Aromatherapy Lymphatic

An incredibly relaxing massage designed to address the lymphatic system. The massage utilizing light pressure and rhythmic, hypnotic strokes. An essential oil blend is selected for each client to enhance the massage. Each oil has their own therapeutic effects which are delivered to the body through the client’s sense of smell and as they are massaged into the body’s tissues.
Joint Range of Motion (JROM)

A technique focused on the joints and used to increase their performance and efficiency. This technique is generally integrated into a Swedish, Deep Tissue or Myofascial Release massage.
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

The focus of NMT is on the nervous and muscular systems. Chronic pain is often the result of trigger points within the muscles. Trigger points refer pain. NMT is about finding, treating and reducing the trigger points causing the pain. Moist heat, linaments and T-Bars may be used during an NMT session
Chair Massage

Chair massage is performed in the workplace or other offsite location. The client is seated upright on a massage chair and will remain fully clothed. No oils are used and each individual session generally lasts from ten to twenty minutes. This is a great way to provide the benefits of massage to a large group of people. So reduce stress at work, a seminar or a retreat and make everyone happy with the reward of a massage!
