- We understand that life happens and unanticipated events occur which may not allow you to make a scheduled appointment. We request 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation. If an appointment is not canceled within 24 hours, or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full rate for the appointment.
- If you arrive late, we may only be able to provide service for the remaining time scheduled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If your session must be shortened you will still be responsible for the full session rate. Please respect your therapist and other customers by being on time.
- Harmony Ridge Healing Arts is a professional massage therapy office. Any misconduct by the client, sexual or otherwise, will result in immediate termination of the service. Proper draping techniques will be utilized during each session. No treatment will be provided without proper draping. Determination of misconduct is at the sole discretion of the therapist. The client will be responsible for full payment of the session.
- Payment is due at time of service.
- Please allow yourself to completely relax and focus on your own well being by turning off your cell phone during your treatment session.
